So recently, I did a little bit of both online and in-store shopping at ASOS and New Look. Both these brands are one of my favourite stores to shop at because the clothes quality is always so good and I just love all their products. Let’s dive into what I brought at ASOS and New Look. I will try link the products below, if they are still available online!
Starting with New Look, I’m going to be going to a wedding soon and I was in need of some new heels. I’m not one who wears heels often but these beauties caught my eye immediately! I brought these in a size 6 for £27.99 in store and tried them on and they fit me perfectly. I just absolutely love the floral embroidery on the back of the heels and it just looks so flattering on.
The next thing I brought from ASOS, was this New Look longline khaki bomber jacket. I brought this in a size 12 even though I’m usually a size 10 but my arms are really long, like cheese strings so I always have to get a size bigger so the arm length fits perfectly otherwise it looks too tacky short. This was originally £39.99 but I brought it for £19.50 on sale which I think is amazing and they still have this in stock so I’d grab this before it’s gone if you’re looking for a khaki longline bomber jacket.
The next thing I brought from ASOS was this New Look front longline shirt. I wanted to get a shirt that could be worn like a dress or with some skinny fit trousers and heels. I got this in black because black can be worn with many things and gold accessories with this would be perfect. The material is very thin but I love the gold zip going down the middle of this shirt, giving it that sophisticated look. This again, was brought in a size 12 and when I tried this on, it did feel a little bit big for me but since there’s the trend of oversized clothing in fashion right now, I don’t mind it being big on me.
ASOS Pinafore Dress – £10.50
I also brought myself this ASOS black pinafore dress in a size 10 and it’s so cute when worn with a roll neck or even a blouse/shirt. Sadly, this pinafore dress is out of stock on their website but you can find many similar ones pretty much anywhere. I brought this in black because black pretty much goes with anything!
These skinny crop trousers in the colour neutral caught my eyes. They were originally £22 but I managed to get them for £15 which is fab! I definitely want to switch up my style when I go out and was in desperate need of smart wear trousers and these are the perfect size, colour and material. I brought this in a size 10 and it looked great when I tried it on. Very happy with this purchase and they still have these in stock if you want to get your hands on these! Sorry if the trouser looked a little creased, I should of have ironed it beforehand haha!
These might look black but these are some similar skinny fit trousers in the colour khaki. These were originally priced at £25 but I managed to get them for £17.50 which I think is pretty great. I love that these trousers are high waist and they look super smart and classy worn with a shirt/blouse tucked in. I mainly have trousers like this in black which is a little boring so I wanted to step my game up and add more colours to the collection.
Lastly, I brought myself a shirt/blouse because I was in need of a new one and this one caught my attention immediately. I am in love with the colours on this, the blush, white and khaki look great together and this looks so classy and smart when worn. It is on the pricier side of things when it comes to buying a shirt but with how sophisticated and pretty it looks, how can you not buy this? I cannot wait to wear this when I go out!
So that’s pretty much everything in my ASOS and New Look haul! I hope you enjoyed reading this post and hopefully this gave you an insight to the kinds of thing you can pick up right now on their websites and ASOS currently have 70% off everything so I would definitely go get my hands on things if I were you!
